We take food safety seriously!

We would like to assure our customer base that all of our quinces are grown right here on the farm within sight of our licensed kitchen.

They are TILTH certified organic by Oregon TILTH (https://tilth.org) with no third party handling of the quince. We have the advantage of knowing everything about how these quinces were raised, unlike manufacturers that depend on imported quince puree from Turkey or other large producer countries.  Our farm is GAP compliant (Good Agricultural Practices) and GMP compliant (Good Manufacturer Practices).  Our quinces are processed in an Oregon Dept of Agriculture inspected kitchen. Upon request we can provide a GAP consultant’s assessment of our farm where zero risk factors were found.
