We recommend quince paste as an accompaniment with aged cheeses or cured meats. 

It also goes very well with a nice dry white wine. 

Quince butter is spreadable like a jam, and goes well on hotcakes, toast or crackers. 

It also can be used as a glaze for pork, lamb or turkey.  The first time I had a smoked pork loin with a quince glaze my eyes rolled back in my head and the next spring I planted our first quince tree
